We tried the rubber slip-on product and it just ballooned up. We returned it and got this. It is fantastic. The install is slightly more complicated, but it literally took 3 minutes to figure out. The only caveat is this will only fit certain sizes and types of bathtub spouts — definitely measure your tub spout before purchasing. Great product and customer service. I was about to return this item because our tub isn't a shower combo, so the converter wouldn't work on our spout. However, I saw the flyer inside that told me how to contact the company because they could help with most issues. I did just that and got such a quick response. I paid attention to the fitment requirements to make sure it would work BEFORE ordering. Installation was just as described and very easy. As long as you don't turn the faucet on FULL BLAST, there's zero leakage yet plenty of water flow from the washer head. This is an answer to prayer. I own a tortoise and I bathe her daily. This lets me rinse her bath out and wash her feet off easily. I put it together by myself — I am NOT a plumber. I used a wrench and followed the instructions exactly, and the pieces had stickers on each part to identify what goes where. It was so easy. Absolutely no drips — I don't even need the spray magnetic shield. I have 4 little dogs that now can relax in the tub and get deep down to their coat to loosen dirt and hair. I absolutely recommend this for anyone who has children, dogs, or just needs the versatility. The shower is fully operational with the turn of the knob, and its durability is holding up. I measured everything as instructed and it fits our tub faucet just fine. Five stars for customer service! My kit was missing an important part at first — after I watched the instructional video we diagnosed a missing gasket, and a quick email to the company got it solved fast. Once everything was put together correctly, it works great. It's a little tricky to figure out, so definitely watch the video and tighten everything fully. We have two 80+ lb dogs, and this makes bath time doable now — trying to scoop water and pour it over the dog never worked well; this gets a much better rinse. I was also pleasantly surprised you can attach the hose to a garden hose for outside baths in the summer — that's awesome and made me feel better about the price. The tubing is a little stiff, but hookup on the bathtub faucet is easy. This makes bathing our short-haired rescue so much easier, and she enjoys the controlled spray from the nozzle with the little scrubbing nubs. Sometimes I think she doesn't want me to stop. I have 3 dogs — two of them Great Danes. Washing dogs is expensive and a pain to do at home. I normally wash them outside, but half the year it's too cold. THIS THING IS AMAZING. I can wash all 3 in half an hour. It has good water pressure, the hose is long — all good things. It does kind of make a mess where it attaches to the tub faucet, but I think that's more user error, and it still isn't bad compared to how I was washing them before.
